Bluum Peptides supports secure checkout for qualified research customers purchasing materials for laboratory research use only.

Secure Payment Processing

Available payment options are shown at checkout. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment infrastructure, and Bluum does not store full card numbers on our site.

Your billing statement may show the business or payment descriptor associated with Bluum Peptides or our authorized payment processor. If you do not recognize a charge, contact us before opening a dispute so we can help verify the order.

Research-Use Purchase Requirements

By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that:

• The order is for laboratory research use only.
• The purchaser is at least 21 years old.
• The purchaser is authorized to buy research materials on behalf of a laboratory, business, institution, or qualified research activity.
• The products will not be used for human or animal consumption.
• The products will not be resold or transferred for any non-research purpose.
• The purchaser has reviewed the applicable product information, including available COAs and testing documentation.

Orders that do not meet these requirements may be declined, canceled, or refunded.

Account Verification

Bluum may request additional information before approving or fulfilling an order. This may include business, laboratory, institutional, or research-use details. Verification helps protect payment integrity, maintain compliance, and ensure that research materials are supplied only for appropriate research settings.

We do not offer guest checkout. Customers must complete checkout through an account and provide accurate purchaser, billing, and shipping information.

Shipping And Billing Review

For payment security, the billing and shipping information submitted at checkout may be reviewed before an order is released. Orders with incomplete, inconsistent, or unverifiable information may be delayed or canceled.

Bluum currently ships only to eligible U.S. addresses. We may decline shipments to restricted locations, forwarding services, or addresses that cannot be verified.

Canceled Or Declined Orders

An order may be canceled or declined if:

• The purchaser does not meet research-use requirements.
• The payment cannot be verified.
• The billing or shipping information is incomplete or inconsistent.
• The order appears connected to non-research use.
• The order violates Bluum policies, payment processor requirements, or applicable law.

If an order is canceled after payment authorization, any eligible refund will be returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Chargebacks And Payment Questions

If you have a payment question, duplicate charge concern, or order issue, contact Bluum support first. We can review the transaction, confirm order status, and help resolve eligible billing issues quickly.

Chargebacks filed without contacting support may delay resolution and may affect account eligibility for future orders.
